ResponseTap gives each website session a unique number to connect the phone call to a customer’s website journey and campaign history, so you can understand which campaigns and keywords were responsible for driving phone sales.

Capture sales values and call outcomes so you can connect marketing campaigns to both volume of calls and also value of calls, to make better optimization decisions.

Full attribution modelling reports mean you can see what directly made the phone ring, and which campaigns influenced the phone sale.

Description

As a reseller of ResponseTap software you will receive a 10% commission on all sales made to customers you bring to ResponseTap. Our pricing is based on a fixed price tariff, which includes an allocation of calls and minutes usage per customer.

Example A - If your customer receives 100 calls per month using one local or 03 prefix phone number, ResponseTap will quote £155 per month on a 12 month subscription, meaning you receive £186 commission.

Example B - If your customer receives 5,000 calls per month using 3 local or 03 prefix phone numbers, ResponseTap will quote £915 per month on a 12 month subscription, meaning you receive £1,098 commission.

Example C - If your customer receives 20,000 calls per month using 5 Freephone phone numbers, ResponseTap will quote £8,375 per month on a 12 month subscription, meaning you receive £10,050 commission.

The more calls your customer receives, the higher the commission you will make.

All white labelling instructions, marketing collateral and setup and integration guides are available within our Partner Portal for your access and reference. These are all customer facing.

You have a direct point of contact within the business, reachable on 0161 820 9711. Your contact will liaise with you and make themselves available for online or face-to-face training and meetings.

Should you reach your agreed reseller target you will progress from a bronze reseller to silver, then gold and your commission percentage will increase accordingly. Targets are discussed and agreed as you onboard, and you will benefit from regular SPIFF prizes which are run quarterly.
