Our flagship product, EnExPlan is a do-it-yourself energy-saving energy software that enables building owners and building managers to rapidly create any type of building and then find potential energy-saving opportunities then estimate them. Users can do this much faster than using an external consultant, and in a much less expensive way.



Enexplan allows companies to manage their entire portfolio of buildings for finding, implementing and tracking their energy savings. The software includes 2 working modes, one detailed and a complete Wizard which holds the hand of the user from A to Z. This allows companies to quickly start saving energy and later on refine their data.

Companies from virtually all industries such as real estate owners, managers and developers, banks, hospitals, education (all levels, including school districts, colleges and universities), restaurants, hotels, grocery chains, shopping centers, community housings, warehousing and all manufacturing. We also call on numerous levels of government (municipalities, cities, states/provinces...). Also hvac contractors and energy consultants.

If the company or organization ends up paying for energy in the building and can benefit from energy savings, they are a potential customer.

In addition to this, we also offer services to customers. More than half our customer request all inclusive services where we enter all information for them and find the energy saving potential. This is an extra (paid) service that we offer.

Partner Program Description:

We offer attractive commission rates (for sales of software as well as sales of additional services), for both new contracts and renewals. As a SaaS (software as a service) customers pay an annual right-to-use (membership) depending on the number of buildings they have and their size.

While the territories are non-exclusive, we have made it an internal policy not to seek distributors in regions that would overlap already known distributors regions where the representative is performing adequately.

We are looking for long-term relationship with partners who want to grow with our company.

We offer complete training as well as sales and marketing materials (power point presentations, help documentations, brochures, case studies, video, features and benefits documents, as well as other). We provide complete customer support and training as needed. We are a company with members from Canada, and USA.
