At Polygon Spark we develop Chatbots for Mid to Enterprise size businesses and combine it with our Platform as a Service pack. Each of our advanced chatbots is integrated into our easy to use dashboard. Our bots can be integrated into such social platforms as Facebook Messanger, Twitter, Telegram, Kik, Line, WhatsApp, Slack, Skype, and Native Apps. Everything can be easily integrated and monitored through our platform. Including such features as Monitoring of every conversation on every platform simultaneously, the creation of Global Broadcasts, and even Data Analytics dash to track the success of integrated bots. We can also translate our bots into any language, due to us having experience with foreign clients and partners from Asia and European regions.
We are mostly software developers and geeks, and priorly used to develop and sell chatbots as a standalone product. However, that made it hard to manage and modify those bots, this is why we created our platform. Since we usually relied on references from other companies for distribution, we never had a built marketing and sales processes as such we are new to a monthly subscription-based model.
